I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this quiet place, the room was well-maintained and I had a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds, all for a reasonable cost.

Our double room had central heating, an iron, and a work desk, and it was in a stunning and incredible location close to the city center.

The location was very central, right by the city exit for Zeist/Amersfoort. The hotel is close to attractions such as the Dom tower, cathedral, St Peter's, restaurants, and parks.3. It is conveniently located near the bus stop.4. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Binnen Best, nestled 2 km from the hotel.

A charming and comfortable hotel in a quiet suburban location easily accessed by car and just a short bus ride from the historic centre of Utrecht. Good breakfast.

The rates charged seemed a little high, but this seems to be the case for hotels in Utrecht. There is a steep staircase up to the first floor bedrooms, which is a charming feature of the old buildings but anyone with a disability problem might struggle (no lift).

Excellent room, good size, double glazed, good shower/wash facilities. Staff looked at internet for me to locate an address. Breakfast room (to rear) had a pleasant view across a small canal and gardens. Great breakfast. Free coffee in reception area all the time. A good location to explore in the evening.

Typical of older buildings in the Netherlands with steep stairs with narrow treads. It's just the way things are but a challenge for anyone with a heavy suitcase. Well out of town but plenty of buses and great restaurant at the end of the street.

We had a great stay for a short business trip, the location was stunning and wonderful, and Griftpark was really close by.

I had a nice view from my window at the canal at the back yard of the hotel. The personnel was really friendly. The location of the hotel is great, at a nice, quiet district close to the city centre.

the stairs are steep. I'd advice the travellers to leave their suitcases at the reception, find their room and then take them upstairs.

The hotel was perfect for a one night stop. The staff was friendly, bag storage was not a problem when I arrived early. They fixed my television when it didn't work. Staff was good with advice. It is a little outside the centrum, which was easily remedied with the efficient bus system a few steps away. It is definitely a 2 star, but in decent repair, clean, rooms on the small side. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with good variety. A definite recommend if you just want a place to sleep, which was all I needed.

I don't see the need to have my passport photocopied.

A Hazard Becomes a Highlight!

We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing location of the hotel, allowing us to take beautiful walks into the town center or conveniently hop on a bus or cycle. The breakfast room had lovely decor, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a decent continental breakfast. Despite some minor setbacks mentioned by other guests, our room was clean and everything worked properly. we recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable stay.

Unusually thin walls, and very basic rooms, especially for the price (but everything in the area seemed expensive).

The rooms are relatively large and well equipped. The hotel is rather quiet.

There is an annoying mistake in the english description of how to reach the hotel: it is said to get off the bus at the stop "F.C. Donderstraat", which is not the name of the stop, at least when coming with bus 4, as recommended. I missed the correct stop the first time I came. Otherwise, there should be additional blankets in the rooms' cupboards (I know one can get some from the reception, but one should not have to).
